Day 11 ~ Christmas Trees

Our main Christmas tree sits in the bay window in the front room. It is a mish mash of style & colour and is full of sentimental ornaments that span years. Some ornaments were made by the girls at school, some were bought to celebrate their 1st Christmas. We managed to find one with "2000" on it for the millenium and it has been a quest ever since to find a bauble with the year on it. A gold mesh purse always has chocolate coins in it as a way of remembering my grandma as it was my favourite ornament on her tree. Some ornaments came back from America when Andrew went to visit his Godfather, Brian. We even have a rasterfarian snowman that came back from Jamaica. Wallace & Gromit adorn the tree as well as Hermione from the Harry Potter movie. We have a star at the top, the same one we have had since we were married. The first fairy light fixes to it and makes it light up.
