Earth Day, Kayak's & Lego!!

Today is Earth Day I didn't know there was such a thing until I went on Google??!! So, to celebrate, I have revamped my blog and chosen a fresh new template. With all this walking around the coast I thought a nautical theme was apt ~ what do you think :O)
I'm home from work now and was greeted today by this ...This is going to be so much fun in the summer! It's Gemma's new Kayak. Now all she needs is a life jacket and she's sorted :O)The weather has been so lovely again today, Elena's been playing with the Lego outside ...
OMG, yet another walk tonight!! We are going to be super fit *lol* either that or fit to drop :O) Walked our favourite walk, out the top of the road under the railway bridge on to Cliff Path. Walked to Shanklin tonight and back along the revetment. All the flowers are out, anyone would think it's the middle of summer.
These look just like Bluebells only white. In fact they're wild garlic and they stink. Imagine being shut in the kitchen for a whole afternoon peeling garlic and you'd be just about there. The aroma is sooooooo strong. As you leave Hope Road and walk back along the seafront, there is a whole row of different sized wooden blocks attached to the railings. The first one says 'Play Me' and the others spell out the tune, Oh I do like to be beside the seaside!! We haven't 'played' them yet so I don't know if they're in tune or not *lol*Climbed up Lake Slip Way (and believe me, it's a climb) and walked back along the Cliff Path. We spotted a Holly Berry, just one on it's own :O) Showed Andrew the flower function on the camera and these 2 photos are what he produced!! David Bailey or what *lol* Not to be out done I spotted this little weather vein, he, he!!And last but not least, tonights glorious sun set!
