What a difference a day makes :O)

Don’t know if you’ve noticed the time on my blog ~ Midnight ~ lol! I’m usually in bed between 10:30 & 11:00, scared I might turn into a pumpkin if I stay up any later. But I just wanted to say … Happy 1st July! Its summer, so please will someone tell the weather ~ lol!
Well today’s the day I’ve been waiting for, why? Because England has become No Smoking ~ yippee!!! I can take my family to any bar, restaurant, pub etc. and know they are not breathing in second hand cancer causing cigarette smoke! Won’t it be lovely to go out and not come back smelling like an ash tray :O) The other thing is, I’ve completed half of my New Year’s resolution. I’ve been writing my blog everyday for the last 6 months, how cool is that! Here’s to the next 6 months :O) Now off to bed-fordshire ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
Right, back again after a good sleep. I've got a day off work today, the first Sunday off since March. Gemma has taken Elena out for the day and Andrew, Liam & I have been to the Methodist Church in Ryde to hear Lisa sing. One day I'm worried sick about her the next day I'm as proud as a peacock listening to her beautiful voice ~ lol! What a difference a day makes.
Anyway, Linda (Lisa's tutor), has put on a concert and has given Lisa 3 songs to sing, one being a solo :O) It's the song she sang in Grease at Sandown High School. She was amazing but I always say that, definitely a proud mummy moment :O)Lisa (above & below) getting ready ...
Lisa singing ...Linda, the best singing tutor on the Island :O) Honestly she is. She has so much energy, so enthusiastic and is just a pleasure to be around. She's a Star!!Even though Lisa is leaving her singing lessons to go to Uni, Linda has still invited her to sing with them at Quarr Abbey on 22nd December. She said she had chosen that date so all her Uni students can go, how lovely is that.

You'll have to figure out how to put sound clips on your blog so we can be the audience and hear Lisa sing. You've got every right to be the proud mum too.

Happy 6 month blogging anniversary! LOL!
