Weather blamed for lack of exercise!!!

No walk this weekend :O( The weather has been really horrible. Raining on and off, really windy and I have to confess both Andrew & I are fine weather walkers. We went to the Dominican Republic in 2005. It rained for most of the week and, do you know, it didn't bother us, even when we got soaked. We decided then, it was because we didn't feel cold. I tell ya, when you get soaked by the rain in this country you can freeze to death ~ lol! Either that or spend the next fortnight suffering with Pneumonia :O) So I am going to blame the weather for our lack of exercise this weekend ~ well isn't that what the English are supposed to do ~ lol!
I found out what Gemma & Elena got up to yesterday, they sat in the car all afternoon at Yaverland Yacht Club and watched a DVD on Gem's portable DVD player whilst Matt was in the sea, wind surfing. They seemed happy enough which is all that counts. I hope the weather will pick up for the school holidays, there's so much Me & Elena want to do. We've started a list (always a good plan) of stuff we want to do and places we want to go. Things like having a go at flying Lisa's Kite, visiting Flamingo Park & Amazon World etc.
I've just been out in the garden to take some photos and Gemma popped her head round the gate to say goodbye before she went to work so I just had to take a photo even though the wind was blowing her hair everywhere.

Yes Tammy, they are all in my garden. Some of the fragrances are gorgeous like the Freesias and Jasmine. The herbs smell fab too when you touch the leaves, especially the lemon balm :O)

Flipping heck Vanda, those are fantastic. How lucky to have all those beautiful flowers in your garden, hard work I'm sure but well worth it with such awesome results. Love the detail on the bee.
