A few random questions answered

I always nip over to Kirsty's blog and have a read, nosey I know. She has such a way with words and her blog is full of feeling and, I have to say, stunningly beautiful photos. Anyway, she has put these questions up for anyone to answer ...

My roommate and I once: Roommate, aww, never had one, I started going out with Andrew when I was 16 and still lived at home :O)
Never in my life have I: Smoked (gross) ~ anything ~ not even cheese ~ lol!
High school was : The best time of my life, I loved every minute :O)
When I'm nervous : I go to the toilet a lot ~ lol!
My hair : Is very fine and wispy that's why I have it permed ;O)
When I was 5 : I couldn't hear properly and had to have grommets put in my ears.
When I turn my head left : I can see through the French doors into the conservatory and beyond into my wonderful garden all made, planted, built & painted by Andrew {grin}
I should be : Hanging the washing out whilst it's fine. There is so much of it in this house ~ it's like Mr Woo's laundry!
By this time next year : I'll be another year older {grin}
My favorite aunt is : Was, my Auntie Barbara, but unfortunately she died of cancer.
I have a hard time understanding : Why anyone wants to hurt or kill people through acts of Terrorism. A pointless act of pure evil if you ask me :O(
You know I like you if : I talk to you & smile!
My ideal breakfast is : Sat outside on the 'Terrace' at the Wyndham Rose Hotel in Jamaica, surrounded by the ones I love, eating cereal, English muffins with Guava Jelly and the best fresh fruit in the world!
If you visit my home town : If you mean where I live now? It would take me a week to tell you about all the things there are to see & do. If you mean where I was born & bred? Well, you may be bored because there is nothing to do BUT if you are prepared to travel within a 10 mile radius you will see some of the most stunning scenery in the High Peak of Derbyshire, at least 4 caves ~ Pooles Cavern in Buxton, Blue John, Speedwell & Treak Cliff, the spa town of Buxton with it's famous bottled water & Bakewell famous for it's tarts (the edible variety I might add) :O)
If you spend the night at my house : You'll have the best food this side of Sandown!
My favorite blond is : Orlando Bloom in Lord of the Rings ~ phwoar!
My favorite brunette is : My 3 girlie's :O)
The animal I would like to see flying besides birds : Horses so we can ride them, how cool would that be!
I shouldn't have been : In the shower for so long this morning. I adore the warm water pouring over me I find it so hard to get out :O)
Last night I: was at work until 8pm, came home & eat beef curry for tea, cuddled Elena, kissed Andrew & spent the evening blogging :O)
A better name for me would be : Ingrid ... I hate the name Vanda! Well I don't hate it, it's just a pain in the ass. Nobody gets it right. These are just a few of the things I've been called ... Sandra, Sandy, Amanda, Veranda, Coriander, Fanta, Thunder etc. & those are just the nice ones ~ lol!
I've been told I look like : Sue Pollard !!! I think it's the accent and my old glasses really ~ lol!
If I could have any car, it would be : Any car! As long as it's reliable and gets me from A to B.
