Our First Walk For Ages :O)

Andrew asked me if I wanted to go for a walk tonight :O) Does the Pope where a funny hat? Of course I want to go for a walk ~ ROFL! It's been soooo long since we've been I've really missed it. I was a bit worried about his leg as it aches in the evening but he assured me it would be OK. We walked along the cliff path down to the beach in Sandown, along the sea front & back up Lake slip way. I think he'd had enough by the time we'd got home though :O) Here are a few photos I took. Sandown Bay is so beautiful :O) It was so clear tonight you could actually see the mainland! Looking over towards Shanklin the clouds had made peculiar shapes like big holes in the sky. A beautiful fragrance followed us along the seafront. We realised it was the honeysuckle at th bottom of the cliff :O)We just got home in time as the heavens opened and we were treated to a thunder storm :O) Not only that, Gemma had washed all the dinner pots up for us, isn't she the greatest :O)
