We blinked & we missed it ~ lol!

OK, it's true, we blinked & we missed it ~ lol! Have a guess what the weather's doing ... RAINING! I had a plan of attack today though, if it was gorgeous I would take Elena to the beach, if it was dry but windy, I would ask Lisa if we could borrow her kite and go and fly it at Yaverland and if it was raining I would take Elena to Amazon World in Arreton, so that's where we're off :O) I'm still playing along with SuzyB over at My Space Photos so hopefully we will find a photograph for the letter 'Y' whilst we're are there.
We're back & we had a great time at Amazon World :O) We saw loads of different animals & birds, Elena was really interested in everything. Here are a few of the photos. They were quite difficult to get because in some place there were two layers of mesh plus a layer of perspex. Some of the animals were having an afternoon siesta too, either that or they were as sick of the rain as we were ~ lol :O) They are really big on conservation which is good to know. Elena's asked if we can go back :O)
