Two Years of Blogging :O)

Two years ago today, I started my blog :O) I was a very bad blogger in the beginning, only blogging when I thought about it. Now I'm in the habit of doing it everyday in the hope that when I'm old and crinkly, I can look back on all the wonderful times we shared as a family :O)

Well it's been stinking hot today and, even though I've been stuck in the office with no air conditioning, I'm not complaining :O) I had company this morning. My wonderful colleague Kerri was working with me until lunch time so we had a good old chin wag about Harry Potter, the new film Hairspray and how we both need to go on a diet! Not a 'lets not eat fat' diet, a money diet! We did our work and it was great. I don't get to work with her enough. Came home to find Andrew & Elena cooling off in the pool :O) Andrew had picked an abundance of plums from the tree in the back garden, so whilst he cooked dinner, I peeled them. We stewed them (the rest are in the freezer) and had plum crumble for pudding :O) We eat a gorgeous chicken roast dinner to start with, alfresco! I love the sunshine :O) After tea we walked into Shanklin and back along the seafront.
