OK I know, pigsback??? what the hell is she on about now ROFL. It's a website I found through http://www.moneysayingexpert.com/ It gives you money for spending an evening signing up to newsletters etc. honestly, I kid you not :O) Well OK, not hard cash more like money in the form of CD WOW or Boots Vouchers. Certainly very handy just before Christmas me thinks :O) So, last night I had 725 points on my free pigs back account and I needed 800 points for a £7.99 CD WOW Voucher (I want to get Simply Red's new album for Andrew for Christmas ~ shhh). Someone suggested I 'refer a friend' and me being Billy No Mates, lol, made Andrew one of those 'throw away' e-mail accounts at Hotmail (just in case you get loads of spam!!). So I sent him an email, & he signed up. Well, he was sat in the front room watching TV and after a marathon 4 days working on the downstairs loo he didn't actually want to be bothered so I pretended I was him :O) This is what I did ...

All this added up and because it came to over 800 points I claimed a reward, a CD WOW voucher and my own account has been credited with 500 points ~ yay!!
When you claim a reward it asks for a mobile phone number so they can send you a verification code. I was a bit dubious about this and asked all the good people on the money saving expert site if this was OK. Some folk have been doing this for about 2 years now and no-one had had any problems. I think the purpose of the site is a bit like Quidco, they give you cashback for going through their site first. So if anyone wants to have a go, it's easy but I would make yourself a throw away e-mail addy first just in case. AND if you're feeling generous maybe you would let me refer you as a friend so I get the the referral points :O)
