Just in case you were wondering, we were at the YS Falls on the South Coast of Jamaica. The Jamaican lad (sorry I don't know his name) took me up and around the waterfall with great care. He showed me where to put my feet so I didn't hurt myself on the jagged rocks & what rock to hold onto when he had to let go of me. He was brill ~ Yeah Mon ~ Irie *grin*

Self Portrait Saturday
Over at HSMS it's Self Portrait Saturday so I thought I would show you a photo that Elena took of me on holiday (I'm the one that looks like a raspberry ripple lol) ...
