The names Bond, James Bond

Andrew adores James Bond. I could take it or leave it until Pierce Brosnan got the part and then Phwoar, couldn't keep my eyes off him ~ lol. Mind you I think my Dad may have been a bit of a fan too because I can remember going to the cinema and watching every film that came out up until Moonraker. I think my Dad thought it was too far fetched, men living in space, hmm what next! I can remember going to see Live & Let Die and finding it highly amusing that Mum was cringing at the sight of all the snakes. She hates snakes. We must have seen early Bond films because I know that wasn't the first I saw but I can't remember them. Not surprising really as I was only 9 when Live & Let Die first screened :O) The one character I loved watching most of all was Miss Moneypenny (aka Lois Maxwell) and I still use her name as a 'user name' on some internet sites. Well, bless her heart, she died yesterday at the ripe old age of 80 ~ RIP.
