Sunday ~ Gemma's new car

Work today, had to get there by 8am!! Ok it wasn't, it was 9am because the clocks went forward an hour, but I still lost an hour's sleep!! :O) Had a day at work which was quite stressful with being away for a week so had loads to do. Gemma & Matt came down to the holiday park to show me Gem's new car. Her test is tomorrow (3rd one) so I'm keeping everything crossed that she passes.

Phoned Jean Hutton as she had phoned to wish me a happy birthday but I was away. Chatted to her for an hour, was great to catch up with everything. Phoned Teresa to apologise for not posting Max's birthday present in time. His birthday is on Tuesday so I'll post it 1st class tomorrow and keep my fingers crossed it gets there on time (I'm not holding my breath though). Tried to fill in some more of Lisa's 'Uni' form with the help of Liam. Andrews going to have to help me with some of it and then I can send it off.
Made a menu for the week which is harder than you think, anyway ...
Monday I'm working until 8pm so Andrew & I are having Liver & onions, everyone else shuddered and said no thank you. Gemma's having corn on the cob, Matt's working, Lisa, Liam & Elena want turkey dinosaurs, spaghetti & chips ~ phew!!
Tuesday Lisa is singing but Liam's taking her so their having McDonalds (very healthy) the rest of us are having lasagne but Gemma's working till 7pm.
Wednesday we're all having Gammon & pineapple
Thursday the kids are having chicken dippers, potato wedges, salad (with apple slices) and sour cream & chive dip apart from Lisa who wants prawns & salad instead.
Friday I'm working till 8pm so we're all having Shepherd's Pie except Lisa & Liam as it's their anniversary (1st year together) and they're going out for a meal.
