Where does the time go?
Just a quick update on the important happenings of our everyday life.
It was Graduation time for both Lisa & Liam in July. They both did an excellent job, Lisa passed her degree with a 2:1 & Liam passed with a 2:2. When Lisa walked down the central isle of Guildford Cathedral to receive her degree from the news correspondent John Simpson, I cried. I didn't expect to be so emotional but I was & I loved it.
Liam managed to get a job nearly straight away as a research engineer at a Island based company called GKN & Lisa has been doing voluntary work at Sandown High School and at the same time holding down 2 jobs at the YMCA & Fresh cafe.
Andrew's been working very hard on the dining room/conservatory. Once the roof was finished outside he started putting the new ceiling in inside
whilst Liam started knocking the wall down between the 2 rooms.
Where were me & Elena when all this was going on? Visiting monkey's at the new Isle of Wight Owl & Monkey Haven. We had a brilliant afternoon :o)
