Week 2 of the photography course.
We went "down Cowes" as it was the last day of Cowes Week. Had a bit of a hiccup with my memory card, kept saying it was full! Apparently you're supposed to 'format' your card & not just delete the photos off it. If you delete the pictures without formatting it a small amount of stuff is left behind which clogs up your card. So I've learn't something today, in fact I've learn't two things ... format ones memory card & always, ALWAYS carry a spare one!
We were told to use the Aperture Priority Mode with a low ISO. Did I tell you I've actually found out how to change the ISO on my camera! Just click on the menu button and there it is, doh!
Well here are a few of the photos I took ...
The guy on the left is Dick, he's taking the photography course. He's quite amazing for an 80 year old :O)
As you can see, I must pluck up the courage to use my tripod.
