Tarmacadam & Tweedle Dee

This week the council have been repairing the footpaths along our road. It's been very noisy & a sod to park the car but they have made a really good job so they are forgiven :O) It's the start of the Bank Holiday weekend tomorrow and although it means nothing to me (we're usually very busy at work when everyone else is on holiday)to Andrew & Elena it means 3 whole days off work & school. We're hoping for good weather (isn't everyone) so we can get into the garden & make it beautiful. It's starting to come alive now with apple blossom, cherry blossom, bluebells, & the clematis, Montana. Before we went on holiday Elena was supposed to be in the South Wight Youth Theatre's production of Alice in Wonderland. Unfortunately she was poorly with ear ache so never got to perform. We were all really upset for her and thought that was the end of it but luckily, they are putting on one more show at the Apollo theatre in Newport tomorrow evening. We can't wait to watch it and even Gemma says she wants to come with us :O) Elena's playing the characters Tweedle Dee & Tweedle Dum lol.
