Friday 22nd October
After the breakfast yesterday at IHOP, we decided Lucky Charms in the hotel room was the order of the day. We made our way to Animal Kingdom for opening time and walked straight to Everest. It was really warm & misty even at 9am.
After the roller coaster ride we walked over to the Kilimanjaro Safari.
It was brilliant, we saw so many animals from Giraffes to Elephants & birds to spiders.
Couldn't resist having some photos taken with the characters but most of them were taken by the photopass photographers so I'll have to put them on my blog later.
We had an ADR (Advanced Dining Reservation) at the Rainforest cafe for lunch which was fantastic.
The themeing was brilliant with a full blown thunderstorm every 20 minutes or so. The food was gorgeous too, Andrew had Baby Back Ribs, Elena had a burger & Gemma & I had shrimp & steak.
We watched the Jungle Jammin parade. 
The shops were great too and a lovely way to get out of the heat & cool down. We couldn't resist trying on some hats lol.
Weather ... Hot & sunny, much like yesterday with highs of 28 degrees!

I thought you were on safari until the Mini Mouse turned up. Andrew was really working the Johnny Depp look.
